Catalytic Leaders Courageously Mentor
June 17, 2021 10am to Noon (Virtual)

For many, traditional mentoring models don’t make sense. This doesn’t mean mentoring is broken -- it’s just often backwards.

How do you...

  • Listen to the voice of the mentee, especially those mentees from marginalized backgrounds?

  • Mentor without leading the process?

  • Provide agency for the mentee to lead their own journey and empower them to own their growth?

Join the dynamic Cinthia Manuel in this interactive exploration into how to courageously mentor.
