Catalytic Leaders Create Inclusion
July 15, 2021 10am to Noon (Virtual)

Inclusion is not someone else’s job. Inclusion must be central to how each and every one of us does our work. Creating inclusion by focusing on the process, structure, and people in your organization ensures that your culture practices what it espouses.

Join Kory Murphy and Bob Leek as they share their leadership journey using the EACH Model (Empowerment, Accountability, Courage, and Humility) at Multnomah County’s Department of County Assets.
